Replico Opens New Facility - May 2006

Replico opened a new production and distribution facility in Charlotte, N.C. on May 6, 2006. This facility will be used to service its East Coast customer base providing faster time to market for those customers.

The facility is 46,000 sq. feet located in an upscale business park just ten minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Aiport.

Replico Changes Its Name - Effective April 1, 2006

To accommodate its continuing growth and East Coast expansion, Replico has changed its name to Replico Corporation (formerly Replico West, Inc.) effective April 1, 2006. The company will operate under the name of "Replico".
